Chaplains are available to assist members of the community in processing traumatic events.

After Care
Chaplains can provide assistance to members of the community following an incident such as the loss of a loved one.

Officer Support, Guidance, and Assistance

Officer Support
Chaplains are available to provide a confidential, listening ear. They provide a compasionate presence, informal counseling, and guidance as officers navigate personal and professional challenges.

Spiritual Guidance
For those who request it, chaplains are available for prayer, religious services, and spiritual counseling. They respect all faiths and beliefs. Spiritual conseling provided by a chaplain is considered privelaged and confidential.

Scene Assistance
Chaplains are available to assist officers dealing with difficult calls. Chaplains can assist with death notifications, victim care, bystander support, and the like.
